This allows us to create a precise treatment plan just for your smile. We can even show you what your teeth will look like after Invisalign® treatment - before you even begin!
Each set of Invisalign® clear aligners is custom designed to move your teeth towards their desired positions. You will switch to a new set of aligners every two weeks or so instead of coming in for adjustment appointments.

Is Invisalign® suitable for all ages?
Yes! Invisalign® is suitable for a wide range of ages, including teens, and adults. Our Specialist Orthodontists in London’s Marylebone and Mill Hill also provide Invisalign® Teen, which is specially designed to accommodate growing mouths.
How long will my Invisalign® treatment take?
Treatment time can vary depending on the complexity of your case, but on average, Invisalign® treatment typically takes between 12 to 18 months. Your orthodontist will provide an estimate after assessing your individual needs.
Do I need to wear my Invisalign® aligners all the time?
Yes, for optimal results, Invisalign® aligners should be worn for 20-22 hours per day, only removing them to eat, drink (anything other than water), brush, and floss. This ensures your treatment stays on track.
Are Invisalign® aligners comfortable to wear?
Invisalign® aligners are made from smooth, BPA-free plastic, so they’re comfortable to wear and less likely to irritate your gums and cheeks compared to traditional metal braces. Most patients find them much more comfortable.
Will Invisalign® affect my speech?
Some patients experience slight speech changes when they first start wearing their aligners, but this typically goes away within a few days as you get used to them. The aligners are designed to fit snugly and comfortably over your teeth, minimising any impact on your speech.
