Using Invisalign®, our specialist can straighten your teeth without using fixed metal braces. Your personal aligner series is custom designed for your teeth using 3D scan technology, meaning you have an accurate treatment plan and remarkable results.
And with our Dental Monitoring smartphone app, you can send treatment updates directly to Dr. Qureshi from your phone, reducing your visits to the practice.

Will my teen’s speech be affected by Invisalign® aligners?
Invisalign® aligners are designed to be comfortable and fit snugly over the teeth, and most teens adjust to them very quickly. While some initial speech adjustments may occur, these are typically temporary and should improve within a few days as your teen gets used to wearing them.
How often should my teen wear their Invisalign® aligners?
To achieve the best results, your teen should wear their aligners for 20-22 hours per day, only removing them for eating, drinking (anything other than water), and brushing or flossing. Consistent wear is key to staying on track with the treatment plan.
What happens if my teen loses or breaks an Invisalign® aligner?
If an aligner is lost or damaged, contact us immediately. We can provide a replacement aligner, or in some cases, your teen can move to the next aligner in the series if they’ve progressed far enough. Our team in Marylebone or Mill Hill will guide you on the next steps to avoid delays in treatment.
How can my teen keep their Invisalign® aligners clean?
Keeping aligners clean is simple! Your teen can gently brush them with a toothbrush and rinse with lukewarm water. We also recommend using a special aligner cleaning solution to keep them fresh and free of bacteria. Regularly cleaning the aligners ensures a comfortable fit and helps maintain their invisibility.
Will my teen need to wear retainers after completing their Invisalign® treatment?
Yes, just like with any orthodontic treatment, your teen will need to wear retainers after their Invisalign® treatment to maintain their new smile. This helps ensure that their teeth stay in the desired position and prevents any shifting over time.
